Tim Starling
Founder & Director
Tim is an experienced Retail Tenant Advisor who has worked across multiple continents including The US, UK and Asia.
With over 17 years in the industry, Tim started his career in London working for some of Europe’s most renowned retailers before moving to Australia to set up the Retail Tenant Advisory business for CBRE. Tim has grown a reputation for his engaging and approachable manner.
Following his 15 year stint at CBRE, latterly heading the retailer tenant advisory team, he is now enjoying being able to work on a more personal level with his clients and team.
Dan Stuart
Director
Dan has a wealth of retail experience. He spent five years working alongside Tim Starling in the retail tenant advisory team at CBRE, and most recently he has spent the last five years at Institutional Retail Landlord – GPT where he has worked on some of NSW’s best shopping centres. Dan’s experience of working on “both sides of the fence” agency and landlord, gives him the best ability to understand a transaction.
Dan’s focus will be working with Amer Sports – Salomon and Wilson along with Mejuri, Supreme and Alo.
Dan is from Sydney, born and raised, and will work from Starling Retail Advisory’s Sydney office.
Philip Corne
Advisor & Mentor
Philip is a non-executive director and business advisor with extensive domestic and international experience in leading and growing sophisticated retail businesses.
As a former CEO, Philip combines financial discipline with a deep understanding of the luxury sector. During a career that spanned 32 years with Louis Vuitton, Philip held senior leadership positions including CFO of Louis Vuitton, LVMH Fashion Group America’s and CEO of Louis Vuitton Oceania from 2003 to 2016.
Philip has held a long-standing professional relationship with Tim and is excited by the opportunity to advise on special projects and mentor Starling Retail Advisory.
